A quick run down:
We deliver all of our orders using Australia Post’s express service. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your order and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Where we deliver:
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia. We require an address and phone number for delivery. We are not currently equipped to ship internationally but we are working hard to bring that service to you.
How and when we deliver:
Purchases are shipped express from our warehouse in Brisbane by Australia Post 2-3 business days from receipt of your order. Our deliveries are made within business hours.
1-2 working days for delivery to a capital city
3-5 working days for delivery to most large regional towns
4-10 working days for delivery to other remote domestic locations
During peak periods (Sales, Christmas or Promotional Events), the delivery may take a minimum of 14 working days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Items may be delivered to you together and/or separately. Capulet Clothing is not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
Packages that have left HQ are no longer the responsibility of Capulet Clothing. Any tracking or follow up with Australia Post is the responsibility of the customer.
Cost of delivery:
We calculate the cost of shipping based on the weight of your order. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post With Tracking so that you are able to track the delivery of your purchase.
Free Shipping:
To qualify for free shipping, simply spend over $100 in store. The shipping rule will be automatically added to your cart upon checkout.
Order tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive a despatch email from Australia Post notifying you that your package has been sent and with instructions on how to track your order. Please note, tracking is not available on every order.
Pre-Orders Policy:
Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will cancel your order/refund you. Please note that all pre-order items will ship via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.
Back Orders:
If an item you purchase is out of stock, it will go on back order. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped.
Stock Unavailability:
Capulet Clothing makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a full refund.
